You have the opportunity to play a part in helping students to succeed this upcoming school year.  Many families cannot afford to provide their children with some of the basic tools necessary for academic success.  Love, INC (Love in the Name of Christ) South Bay is collecting backpacks and school supplies so needy children can go back to school feeling confident and prepared for the new school year. Backpacks and supplies go to South Bay children who live in local shelters, come from low-income families or are referred by the schools. In 2018. the Back-to-School program provided fully supplied backpacks to 2,087 students!

Our Christian Action Ministry will be collecting new backpacks and school supplies now through August 19th.

There are two ways to donate:

1. Donate a backpack filled with the following supplies:
   1 binder
   1 package notebook paper
   1 pencil pouch or box
   1 ruler
   2 glue sticks
   1 spiral notebook
   1 package #2 pencils
   1 eraser
   1 box 24ct crayons
   1 package colored pencils
   1 pencil sharpener
   2 pens
   1 set of markers (broad or fine tip)
   1 pair of scissors
   2 highlighters
   3 pocket folders

2. Donate just supplies (any of the above)
