This rarely heard, delightful and charming cantata will be sung by the choir and soloists accompanied by organ and solo oboe. It consists of seven musical gems celebrating the story of the birth of Christ. The cantata will be incorporated into the regular service order. 

Besides being noted for “The Carol of the Drum” (aka: The Little Drummer Boy”) Davis (1892-1980) was a prolific composer of over 600 compositions, including seven operas, cantatas, and pieces for organ or piano.
