6AM: Sunrise Service on the Patio

11AM: Easter Egg Hunt

Our Easter Egg Hunt has been a family favorite for many years! Join us on Easter Sunday at 11:00AM for this fun Neighborhood Church tradition. All children ages 3rd grade and younger are welcome to join, regardless of church membership.

Children will hunt for and collect 12 plastic eggs which will be turned in for an age appropriate Easter goodie bag. We will also have the Easter Bunny hopping around to take pictures with your child, Movin’ “N” Groovin’ with fun music, and refreshments. In order to have enough goodie bags for everyone, please email sundayschool@neighborhoodchurchpve.org or call/text at (310) 502-8581

Easter Offering

Every year, our Easter Offering is shared with one or more nonprofit organizations that are carefully vetted by our Christian Action Ministry (CAM). This year, we are excited to announce our support of My Friend’s Place, a Hollywood based organization that has been assisting and inspiring youth experiencing homelessness to build self-sufficient lives for over 33 years.

My Friend’s Place offers a comprehensive continuum of services to 1,000 youth experiencing homelessness between the ages of 12 and 25, and their children, each year, helping young people who are experiencing homelessness to move toward wellness, stability and self-sufficiency. Their services include providing daytime shelter and drop-in services including food, clothing, showers, communication and transportation in addition to a transformative education program and mental and physical health care.

100% of the donations collected at our Easter services will go straight to My Friend’s Place to help homeless youth in our area. To make a donation in support, simply give at one of our Easter services, or any time before Easter using one of the Easter envelopes in the pews. If donating by check, please note “Easter Offering” in the memo line. You can also give online by clicking the button below.
