About Mychal’s Café & Bakery Based out of Mychal’s Learning Place in Hawthorne, Mychal’s Café & Bakery provides baked goods and coffee services for local businesses, community events, and private catering. All of their bakers and baristas are young adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities, using this opportunity to showcase their talents and contributions to the community. Their services include fresh baked goods, catering, and pop-up events.
