Women’s Fellowship Bylaws Change Proposal

The Executive Board of Women’s Fellowship proposes bylaws changes to be voted upon at the General Meeting of Women’s Fellowship on September 11. Copies of the proposed changes are available in the Church Office in the Women’s Fellowship box or you may request a copy at womensfellowshipnc@gmail.com

Summarized changes are as follows:

• Executive Board Officers – only 1 Vice President and 1 Secretary.

• Executive Board remains the same size (7)  with 4 officers and 3 others at-large and/or representing Circles.

• Fewer required yearly meetings: general (2) and board (4) with more flexibility as to meeting times.

• Voting allows abstentia votes being counted if a meeting does not have a quorum. Provisions are made for decision making online.

• Amendments require at least 3 week notification 

• Improved wording and formatting that does not change content.
