Ever wondered what the Christian Church universal has believed over the centuries? What about how people of faith have tried to make sense of their beliefs in more modern times? Have you ever struggled with articulating your own faith? Then maybe this Adult Exploration Class is just what you need. We will consider some of the historic Creeds of the church (such as the Nicene and Apostle’s Creed) along with more contemporary ones (such as our own United Church of Christ and other similar denominations as well). Near the end of our sessions together, participants will be offered the opportunity to write their own personal Affirmation of Faith.
