Calling all writers and those who just want to listen…

We know you are out there.  Do you have poetry, short stories, memoirs, essays, journal musings, or excerpts of novels in the process that you would be willing to share?  You are invited to read to a group of enthusiastic listeners in the cozy setting of our church parlor with coffee, tea and light snacks.

Are you an enthusiastic listener who would love to hear what those in your church community have written?  Aren’t you just a little bit curious?

Bea Walker, Ellen Cook, Ruth Hattersley and others will be discussing writing and sharing some of the things they have written.  All writers are invited to read with a five minute limit.  For longer pieces, an excerpt may be selected to stay within the limit.  If there is time after all those wanting to share have had an opportunity to read, there may be a chance to read a second piece.

Come just to listen or to share your writing.  All are welcome.
